Experience office employee rude and dismissive

My experience with the Park La Brea experience office was extremely disappointing. I went in with a simple question regarding the return of a gate remote deposit and was met with rude, dismissive, and unhelpful behavior. Instead of trying to clarify the situation or assist me, the representative immediately treated me as if I was being dishonest and made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable.
As a resident, I expected basic professionalism and respectful communication, especially when ...
asking about a charge and return policy. It felt like I was constantly being given the runaround rather than receiving a clear explanation or direction to the correct department. Customer service should never make residents feel belittled for asking reasonable questions.
Management seriously needs to address how residents are spoken to in the office, because this experience left a very negative impression.
