Do not move in

100% agree with a previous post. They won't return your deposit but even they will charge you more for nothing, providing unrealistic invoices. By the way, they couldn't fix laundry room issues until my child got an allergy from humid and mold . it took them two years to fix it.

Do not move in here
June 10, 2018
I lived there 3 years. They not only kept my 1300 security deposit but sent a bill for 1200 for painting and 3000 for flooring. Had to get attorney to defend myself against.
