September 3, 2017This place is difficult to find, but boy am i glad i did. Talk about a gem tucked away in OP!! The apartments are older but the price reflects that which is fine with me. I see someone else mentioned the storage, literally you could fit an SUV in it, its massive.Review from Apartments.com
Cozy apartments!
August 9, 2017Love living here! Cozy apartments, great and prompt maintenance staff. Any questions I may have Gary at the leasing office always has the answers and if he doesn't, he gets them and returns my call that day. I love how the property is tucked in a wooded area, and a creek runs through the back! Love taking walks there. When the summers get hot, I have access to their pool at the Park Lane Villas location. They have a grill I can use and a huge heated pool! The pool attendant Meredith is ...awesome, and helps me if I have any questions about the area since I am new to WNY. August 14, 2015I have lived in houses for the last 25 years. I was pleased to find a clean, well maintained luxury apartment with a backyard, woods and peacefulness. The rooms are spacious and there is a huge room in the basement to store my belongings. It is locked, not a cage, a real basement! Cost of laundry in buildings are reasonable, and having had my own appliances I like the convenience of this being in each building!Review from Apartments.com
