Great Place to Live!!!
July 29, 2021Luxury Apartments!!!! Lobby, Doorman, Gym, Elevator, Community Room & Very Spacious Apartments. This is the most lovely place to live in Dayton, Ohio. There’s a sense of community in the building and in the surrounding neighborhood. I’ve lived here for 4yrs. Before here I lived at Autumn Woods and Dayton Towers. Apartment is walking distance from The Art Institute, Masonic Temple, Great Miami River & Downtown Dayton. Apartment was built in 1960s. Needs repairs. Water shuts off twice a week ...and sometimes elevator is down. Management needs to fix these things. Overall it’s a bang for your buck!Property Manager Responded

Nice apartment, bad area
June 21, 2021Great starter apartment for someone just starting out and very clean, staff is friendly and welcoming, apartments are spacious. The people living there are mainly elderly and sometimes the building and elevators especially smell like cigarettes or marijuana. The area around isn’t the best location which is why I’m rating it 3/5 stars. Again, great starter apartment but the area isn’t the safest (be sure to buy a parking spot), however, the building is secure.Property Manager Responded
