February 1, 2026Neighbors are friendly. It's in a nice area. Maintenance is friendly and never had a bad problem with them. One complaint is that people won't pick up their dogs poop even when they see poop stations with bags to pick it up.Review from Apartments.com

August 26, 2025Very poor control on people having everyone on their leases, cause here you have to pay for your water but it's not your own consumption, its the whole building divided by the people in it, and since nobody checks you end up paying for the water of other people and waste thousands of dollars and they don't care to fix the situation even if you report specifically who doesn't have their family registered.Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2025Poor maintenance. Most of the time no maintenance. Bad experience with the management. Most of the Dogs owners don't care to clean after their dogs, it makes the neighbor hood smells very nasty and no way to to go for walking around..Property Manager Responded

June 20, 2025Overall still pleased, but it depends on who you get as neighbors. Could definitely use better washers and driers in the buildings that can handle more than 5 items per load and more parking options with lots that aren't as thin, but the location, price, and maintenance staff are all great.Property Manager Responded

March 6, 2025Managers and Office personnel are always friendly and professional. Maintenance issues have always been addressed in a timely manner. The only negative criticism is the short notice on some required updates and maintenance on the units, and that I can't do a multi year lease agreement. With rent increases every renewal, I will eventually be priced out of living here. Not such a good thing as I approach retirement. March 4, 2025Maintenance again has tons of tickets pending to do, I have months waiting for my wall to get fixed. Our yard is infested with some kind of animal that's it's making the soil too soft and unstable for our kids to play. Dog poop is everywhere on the sidewalks, there's no control of how many cars residents have.Property Manager Responded
