Park Newport used to be a great place. Since all the construction has started, everything has been limited, the pools that are available are very dirty half the time there’s no area for children or pet to run and play. There’s debris everywhere. The hallways are full of dust that allergies are the new norm. And there’s roaches now something we never had before. work is being done. When power washing the roof, all of the clay, dirty murky water would come in the windows. It’s definitely been a nightmare. There’s no respect for the residence here. Elevators are filthy and the price to wash a load of laundry went up.
