Great, Quiet community

I have been living at Park Oaks for almost 8 years. The complex is very quiet and safe. Park Oaks Condominiums is a great place to live. No bugs unlike other complexes I've heard of. I have NEVER had a problem with maintenance. For example my toilet wouldn't flush and I called the apartment office and I had a maintenance worker out and fixed the same day. Nothing has ever gone unfixed for more than 1 day when you call the office. Friendly staff as well. Clean environment as well and close to Hwy ...
