The place is horrible!

Please avoid, recently people were thrown out along with their personal belongings which have been in the front lawn for the past week. They are short on maintenance, only two individuals work on the property but don't accomplish much between the two. They seem to always be on break. The restrooms are incredibly small, you walk in and can't take anymore steps. Difficult to know how to request service, no apps, no ways to submit request for someone to fix things. I had a package stolen on my first ...

day at Park Place Apartments 4 months ago. My lease ends soon and I will definitely not miss this place. There's nothing wrong with the location but everything wrong with the apartments. You couldn't pay me to live here and I would be embarrassed to call this place home.

Management here absolutely sucks. It's taken a month and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Doesn't seem like anyone in the office knows how to answer a phone. Was told the apartment would be ready in two weeks, turned into two months, I just want my deposit back.

Apartments are awful with roaches and mold. Manager(s) of this place is all talk but secretly doing other work rather than taking care of there tenants! Don’t get me wrong they will take care of you but in there own time. Wouldn’t recommend living here even if it was last resort. Need a new owner who is willing to take action themselves. Just terrible

I’m very happy to find this place, I love my location at the complex as well as in the city. Having a place with only tile was a plus and balconies was the bonus. Very attentive staff on duty. Parking close by. Quiet neighbors who seem to care about their environment here . Nice affordable place to call home.

Some tenants have lived here for decades. Close to HEB and restaurants, a bank and actually ON McKelvey Park. Several free park activities during the year. Exercise equipment in park and laundry room and swimming pool on premises. Management and maintenance is now excellent.

These apartments are awful if you want internet. The staff itself is less than helpful and I would even consider them rude. You are over overcharged for how little you are able to achieve here. You will not be able to have functional Internet in most apartments due to the faulty wiring the the complex owner thinks should be the individual renters responsibility to fix. Now, Spectrum can run the wiring, but the complex manager will come and force spectrum to remove them. Unless, you the renter, ...

pay for the wall wiring inside(wallfish). Which, doesn't really make sense, because you are a renter and living there temporarily. Hope you don't have any issues inside your apartment, because they won't be fixed. You can go file a work order, but I've been waiting for more than 4 months for a repair. I wish I could post pictures on here to show you how bad the wiring situation is in these apartments.

I really enjoy the location of my apartment there is a park and a grocery store nearby very convenient and close to work I enjoy the comfort of my environment and the other tenants are very friendly management and maintenance are current and up-to-date with keeping up their facilities
