I have lived here for 3 months and really like it. I moved from the dorms into a two bedroom with a friend and we enjoy the space and parking close to our home. The apartment has a new carpet and the kitchen has everything we need. We really like it here and have recommended it to friends, and got rent money for it!

The apartments at Park place are spacious and have an amazing layout. I have lived here for five years now and have come to see the beauty of this community and how friendly and caring the staff is and and how fast they will work to fix any problems you may have. If I had to choose again for another apartment complex to live in kokomo I don't think that there would be one that is anything like park place apartments

Me and my fiance have been living here togther for a year Now and I can honestly say that I have never lived in an apartment complex that takes so much pride in their community and take their tennants problems and fixes them as fast as they possibly can

Located just across from Highland Park in Kokomo, these are some of the most well-kept, beautiful apartments in town. A five minute drive from the Indiana University of Kokomo, a bowling alley, and of course the park, the location of these apartments offer plenty of things to keep yourself busy. The maintenance is always quick to resolve issues in a timely manner. The apartment has a reasonably-sized 24/7 laundromat and also a fitness center. For the price, these apartments are simply huge. My ...
girlfriend and I have lived here since October 2014, and we honestly couldn't be happier. Beautiful affordable apartments, a good price, and a friendly staff make it a wonderful place to call home.

My family and I moved to Park Place approximately 3 months ago. $610 a month, plus electric. Full electric apartment, 2 bedroom, 1 bath. We are paying the maximum price because it was renovated. Upon moving in/ further inspection the carpet had stains and dishwasher has issues. My fault we didn't check better. Other than cosmetic issues, it is a great place. Neighbors are quiet, complex is well taken care of. So far has been a good place.
