Me and my roommate have been here for a year and a half on one of the bottom apartments and in that experience, we’ve had the kids that live at other apartments constantly running around screaming, they bang and knock on the door then run away, they throw their basketballs and whatever else at the windows and sliding door constantly, and jump into our patio to play. with the apartment itself. Like, all the windows have drafts so it’s always cold no matter how high the thermostat is at, along with the door having a draft. Another thing about the area, the police, S.W.A.T., or ambulance is always there looking for someone. One time, there was a decent group of police officers using a mega phone to tell someone in an apartment in building I to “come out with your hands up”. They were there for a good 30 minutes before they final went into the apartment and searched and then left. This place is not only loud and no one has no consideration whatsoever, but it is also not the safest.
