My wife and I have lived in Park Place for two years. We have loved our time living here. All management and facilities staff is extremely kind and responsive. Whenever we reached out with a maintenance request, we heard back within the same day and always recieved support within the same week, but almost always the day after we sent a request. Communication with management is extremely clear, friendly, and timely. The resident portal makes it very easy to pay rent, view or renew contracts, and ...
even find renters insurance. The property is well maintained. Lawn care happens very frequently and the grounds are kept clean. Our unit was updated with new stainless steel appliances and was very clean when we moved in. I would definitely recommend living at Park Place Apartments!
