Don’t waste your time
January 11, 2019We moved in 4 months ago and prior to living in the manager made sure she told us several times how these townhomes don’t have roaches or bed bugs and made us sign a contract saying they don’t have them well to our surprise on day one of moving in we look under the stove and to our surprise we see plenty of roach eggs then on night 1 I got bit well initially I thought maybe it was a spider cause I had seen a few when we were moving in so I went to the office and had them spray well that didn’t ...solve the problem myself and my children continuously have gotten but for the past several months so we had them come out and spay again and were still getting but so at this point we start looking under things and sure enough bed bugs under my bed and my children’s now remind you when we moved in everything was brand new still wrapped in plastic so we took pictures and showed the manager first thing she says if you brought them with you after we told her everything was wrapped in plastic her response was they like plastic ? at this point I felt my intelligence was being insulted anyways after going back and forth and her saying several of her other tenants had them in the past and all they did was spray she also stated “bed bugs are the perfect hitchhikers” but insisted they came from us instead of the several staff they have came into our home after going inside other homes anyways after all that was said she tells us we can either pay 650$ for the spray or 1500$ for the heat treatment at this point I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy moving in here PLEASE MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HWEE now we’re stuck heee until September and looking to take legal actionRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Living in Paradise
October 14, 2016I love living here the Manager Teresa is so friendly she walks the grounds daily. I feel so safe here which is very important to me it is very quiet. The place is landscaped perfect clean and the laundry room is nice to use . The pool is very well kept if you are looking for a quiet place with an amazing Manager then this is the place to live the rest is a great price and inside is well kept and up to date on everything!Review from Apartments.com

August 17, 2015My apartment is the best community to live in its fun for friends family dogs and cats children as well my apartments has a very nice Manager running the complex also Maintenance that works here as well gets things fixed when needed I would recommend anyone that once to move here its near the best schools and shopping centers.Review from Apartments.com
