Great location and helpful management

The property is in a great location. We were fortunate and had new carpet and flooring installed in our unit right before moving in, as well as a new refrigerator. Everything was clean and we haven't had any problems with the unit. The most important part for us though was the willingness of the management to work with us through our chaotic move-in. We communicated our problems and timing issues and they worked with us as best as they could.

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT

Although the amenities and location make Park Plaza seem like a great place, the management was unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgeable. After many email and phone correspondence, Stacy was still unaware of our move in day. When we showed up to sign the lease, she was a half an hour late, and didn't have any of our paperwork ready. She also never informed us of the amount of money that was required on move-in day. Another incident was with our garbage disposal. She attempted to charge us for ...
someone to fix our garbage disposal, even though it says nowhere in the lease that she is able to do that. The lease says that you are to report when something is broken or malfunctioning, which is what we did. After she tried to increase our rent and we decided to move out, she asked if we would stay if she kept our rent the same price. Our experience with her was too negative to stay. Overall, we have only had negative experiences with Stacy and the other management.
