One of the things about this building is you never get more than $25.00 a year increase. The managers of the building keep the area clean daily. There is a large outdoor area for dining, a pool and sauna. You have a 15 min. drive to LAX, close to bus stops, close to Ralph's and Von market. you are very close to banks.
