September 11, 2015This a great building to live in we are near two metro's, the green and red line, great restaurants, we are 3 blocks away from the National Zoo, we have 3 great schools, Bancroft Elem. Columbia Heights Educational Campus which houses Lincoln Middle School and Bell High School. The neighborhood is great place to live. The apartments are well maintained and the management team is very helpful and friendly. It is one of the best apartment that I have ever lived in I have been here for 20 years.Review from Apartments.com
