The hot water pressure is so bad here, especially if looking to move on to the 9th floor of the building. Our washer will stop working because there is not enough water pressure to keep it running. We have emailed and have spoken to the management team that includes the property manager as well as the regional manager about this issue alone for a year now. walk right in; the doors open automatically. No sense of security here whatsoever. The parking garage gate breaks every month if not weekly and therefore there are a lot of random cars parked in the garage that tenants pay a lot of money for monthly. There is not enough parking spaces for the amount of tenants in the apartment complex as well. People will create their own spots alongside the walls of the garage it is absurd. The prices of this complex compared to other buildings might intrigue you, but you will be disappointed and frustrated with the building and AJH management.
