Snow removal

Why is it that there is nobody to shovel sidewalks and spread salt I'm not sure if there is someone that clears the parking lot. I'm seeing seniors out shoveling and risking falling and then you will have lawsuits there is never a maintenance guy there but maybe once a week. The manager is hard to find as well. This is rediculous
