We have lived in this apartment for nine months, and it has been the best apartment experience we’ve ever had. The complex is exceptionally quiet, beautiful, and well maintained. The units are spacious, bright, and feel truly like home.
Because the property is not owned by a large corporation, you have direct access to the landlord, who is incredibly kind and responsive. Maintenance is also easy to reach and consistently quick, professional, and thorough.

This is a great community to live in! I really enjoyed my stay here—it’s very clean and quiet. Where this place really shines, however, is with the owner, Rich, and the maintenance manager, Alejandro. Both are very responsive and easy to communicate with!
For example, I had an issue with my garbage disposal and submitted a ticket through their resident portal. Within 10 minutes, Alejandro had reached out to me about setting up a time to fix it! At other properties I’ve rented from this would’ve ...
taken maybe 2 days at best.
You can really tell that the owners take their time to vet prospective residents, as everyone I’ve met here has been incredibly friendly! If you’re a professional looking for an “S-tier” place to rent, this is it!
The location is also good, with a convenience store at the street corner and well-sized sidewalk, tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and light rush-hour traffic.

My husband and I have been living here for 3 years and absolutely adore this place! This is the third apartment complex I’ve live in and by far my favorite. I don’t even know where to begin!!! It’s quiet, cozy, clean, there’s never a problem, EVERYONE is so nice and respectful, and they even change the flowers to keep the place looking fresh! What else can you want for a place you call home? My husband and I just had our first baby and excited for her first few years to be raised here :)

Absolutely loved to stay at Park View Apartment Homes, and only left because of re-location. It's the best rental experience I have had in US. The apartment was fully up to date remodeled, everything worked! But what you find here, which is where landlords often cut corners is a super well maintained common area, where it is nice to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee. The pool and jacuzzi area is well maintained like a five star hotel and very nice to enjoy. The gas BBQ is working too! Last ...

I've been at Parkview for a little more than 2 years it's the best apartment I've had. I am a bit sad to be leaving (buying a house) because the views from the second floor unit are wonderful and the pool is terrific and seldom crowded, even in summer. I also love the ability to walk to the Civic Arts Plaza for performances. It's hard to imagine people not being happy here.

A close friend had leased a furnished studio there, and upon visiting, I was immediately struck by the elegant layout and luxurious updates throughout the space. Inspired by what I saw, I promptly contacted Parkview Apartments and secured a unit that suited both my daughter and me—a lovely upstairs apartment overlooking Estrella Park. My daughter adored the park and enjoyed playing with the neighborhood dogs. Originally planning to stay for only six months, we ended up living there for ten, drawn in by the beautifully landscaped outdoor areas and the refreshing pool, perfect for hot days.
The location was ideal, with a coffee shop within walking distance and my daughter's school just a seven-minute drive away. Everything felt perfect until we recently found and moved into a stunning five-bedroom home just five minutes from Parkview Apartments. If not for finding our dream home, we might have stayed much longer.
I appreciated the gated security and designated parking, which added to the sense of safety. Alejandro, who managed grounds and maintenance, was always prompt and helpful, while Rich understood and accommodated my concerns for my daughter's safety with empathy. I highly recommend Parkview Apartments for anyone seeking a luxurious interim residence. It feels like living in a resort condo nestled in a forest—a truly wonderful experience my daughter and I cherished.

I absolutely loved living here and truthfully, didn't want to leave it. The property itself is very pretty and the neighbors are friendly but quiet.
Loved having a washer dryer in unit for a studio, as well as having a gas stove. When I first moved in, I had an issue with my kitchen sink and it was resolved the next morning by the on-site maintenance man. I believe his name is Alejandro and he is great too.
