Hi Brad
I have lived in Gilroy Ca at the. Park View apartment for 24 years, my mom was the manger .This is a great place place to raise my, two sons as a single mom, now having with fun with the grand children.
We have a nice park and also have a gym cross the street Its a small complex 55 apartment and we all known each other and help each other.
And I would be very grateful to have rent free for life. I will be able to have saving and pay it forward with the extra money.
