Good price, bad everything else

This place has the worst manager. Never in office and says she cannot help you with problems and she plays favorites. Little effort into fixing things. They have hard to kill Super Roaches. There is reoccuring mold, and various female renters are always yelling/fighting. Stay clear of Parkview Estates.

this apartment has a lot of problems. They allow the neighbors to yell at each from downstairs to upstairs. They allow people to linger in hallways.
