December 24, 2025This was a great apartment. Perfect location and any repairs were fixed right away. The staff was friendly and always helpful to my elderly Mother. Great choice
May 24, 2021I am new to Louisiana and knew nothing about Shreveport. We looked at a couple of different places around the Youree drive area. This was the largest apartment for the money. I have been here almost 2 months and so far my wife and I love it. The staff has been so responsive and helpful. The neighbors even helped us move in. Ups and Downs
April 25, 2021While we absolutely love our neighbors, the community, and the school district, there are some lingering issues with this complex. We (along with our neighbors) have been dealing with leaky roofs for over a year. The leaks have been so bad that several upstairs tenants have had to switch units or relocate altogether. There have been reports of ceilings caving in from the water damage and mold growing in the walls. Also there are w/d hook-ups in only 3 of the units. Great choice
June 11, 2019I have lived here 6 months. Moved from a large house. First time in an apartment and didn't know what to expect. I checked out all of the apartments in the area and this was the largest. I am still close to the base and don't have to deal with that traffic anymore. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Staff has been friendly. January 15, 2016We moved to Park Villa to stay in our son's school district. We had no idea we would like it so much! The rooms were bigger than other apartments we looked at.
