New management company came and took over and swore it was going to be better but all they done was raise the rent for these raggedy apartments. I went to the office today. I called first at 1 o’clock and left a voicemail about my toilet being clogged. I never heard anything back by 2:30 so I went to the office in person and reported it. She said someone will be right over. I came home at 7:30 tonight Was still in the same condition but they want thousand dollar rent make this makes sense you ...
want us to live in the slums but pay money like we’re in nice apartments makes no sense I reported in September that my heat was broke again. Still no maintenance check no one has came to check out this problem same with the refrigerator And also my shower Water is starting to have a sewage smell and I have a leak!

Worst place I could imagine living. Building is filthy and smelly all the time, people prop the door open 24/7, I’ve only lived here for a couple weeks and already had to report multiple problems multiple times and nothing has been done. When I moved in, there was a hole in the flooring and a trash bag in the closet. I saved the best part for last-I’ve never even seen a roach until I moved here. Now I have seen a dozen at once on the stair outside and multiple in my apartment. I woke up to some ...

I got my car window broken, I got my apartment robbed, they even took the toilet paper from my apartment and the management doesnt even cares. Its one of the worst area of lexington. You always find some one asking money or looking at you out side. all I want to say is if you moving here be safe..

I live on the 3rd floor with a balcony with one of the Best views in town ! Every thing is only 3 blocks away - grocery , drug, dollar ,Stores - Library . The apts. are roomy and the Bldg. is secure. The grounds are picked up daily. The Bldg is attractive White brick , Mansard roof , Freshly painted balcony's And the hallways have New laminate flooring .Park Vista is a fitting name! as the park is just 1/2 a block away .I Highly Recommend Them !

Please, Do not waste your time. These people lie so much you can't even believe their open, closed sign because it usually says the opposite of when they are in the office. I am telling you Acute Management is who operates these appointments, and they are liars through and through.

I never leave comments on things but the way I was treated was beyond disrepectful & ridiculous. Sept 1,2016 Bradford green received a deposit, first month rent & application fee for me to move in on that date. I was told it was move in Ready & it was very clean, that was a lie. Its completely roach infested. One of the ladies in the office took me to view the apartment after waiting 2 hours maybe more to view it because the maintenance man had the key to the unit & was busy so I had no choice ...
but to wait. There telling me all about the unit & how I would just love it, I walked up the stairs the halls was filthy the entrance door wide open & going into the unit it was dead roaches on the top of the stove I asked her about it she said it wasn't an issue & it was the people before us. I came later that day to the apartment & it was roaches all over the walls coming out of the vents EVERYWHERE ! Dishwasher, Fridge, Cabinets ALL HAD ROACHES INSIDE ! I asked them for my money back & I was told NO even though I didn't sleep in that house not one night they refused to give me my deposit even. ! In shock I asked them to speak with someone over them so that I can explain I'm not from here I'm from Louisville Kentucky , I have no family or friends here this was all the money I had & they said the "it's not going to happen you will not receive any money back from us ". I brought them cash money in hand & I lost all my money the same day.

These apartments are absolutely TERRIBLE! ROACH INFESTED, MICE RUNNING AROUND TRASH AND MANAGEMENT IS SAD! I was going to move in on Sept 1st, but the whole process was a fail! They said before we could even see the apartment they needed first months rent, the deposit, and the application fee. Upon giving that to them we were approved and saw the apartment, which already had dead roaches laying around it. When we told them to take care of it they said they would and told us to come back in two ...
days. When we went back to the apartments within a matter of us being inside for 10 minutes roaches started coming from everywhere. The vents, the cabinets, the windows, etc. they have refused to return ANY OF OUR MONEY BACK TO US and even threatened to put an eviction on our record if we didn't sign a paper terminating our lease. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT look at these apartments! IT will be a waste of your time and money.

Dont move to this place habe loved on their property for 4 months now and they will not fix nothing one bag of garbage on the ground by the dumpster and they take the dumpster away now 50 bags of garbage on the ground the front entrance to the building has a wood deck which is all rotted woodfalling apart they only care about finishing empty apts so they can rent them not fixing inhabited ones beware this place
