Money grabbers!
June 8, 2021Don’t rent here! I lived here 2 years, perfect tenant, never late on rent, no maintenance requests, no unwarranted complaints. Yet they are quick to milk money from you during the move out process! They email after hours so you can’t call with questions, and they bill you for every little thing that you usually wouldn’t be responsible for. Please go anywhere else, please. Avoid at all costs
September 11, 2019Please don't waste your time and money. (Seriously, they will milk you out of your money). If you're a student, my personal advice would be to look for housing in Tustin or something! I know Park West offers "lower prices" but trust me, you will pay for it in the end. They will use your entire security deposit for apartment renovations and there will be a balance for you to pay on top of the rent. Employees at leasing office give mixed information and the manager is rude.Property Manager Responded

this is Motel for the Students
May 1, 2018Be Aware ,this is a place where students move in and out without any background checks - my family moved out because of it since not a safe place if you have a kids. My neighbor was a student housing company and students moved in and out everyday without any background checks . it is not a safe place to live at. They smoke weed , party all day very loud . They trash the whole complex just a nightmare.These students are not properly acknowledged what they can or can't doReview from Apartments.com

August 15, 2015The Leasing office helped us out a lot. After a long research we ended with nothing. We needed to move in quickly due the old single home lease kick us out because they want to sell their home. Sign up and move in took less than week. Everything is great and they allow dogs. Nice and convenient place to live in.
July 24, 2015I've been living here for 5 years now, and it has been a pretty good experience overall. There are several pools and hot tubs throughout the apartment complex. There are also grills around the pools, so it's a pretty good place to host some BBQs during the summer (or winter too if you'd like.) There aren't any laundry machine and dryer units in the apartments, but there are two laundry rooms (with machines that take credit cards, so you don't have to look for quarters all the time) in each ...section of the complex. If you own a dog (and/or have a kid,) there's even a little park with a small kid's playground on the premises. There are doggy bags all around as well. The apartments are pretty good as well, as the rental company update them when tenants move out. It's easy to remedy any repairs and problems with the apartment, by just simply calling in a maintenance request or doing it online through their web portal. There's also a pest control service as well, all free of cost. Office staff and maintenance staff are all pretty nice and helpful, so it's a pleasant experience every time you need to call them. If your window is near the grass areas, there might be the occasional noise while they do maintenance around the apartment complex. It's usually not that bad, because they do it on the weekdays late morning or early afternoon. Location is pretty good too if you go to UCI or plan on going there. It's not right next to campus (those are usually more expensive,) but it's only 2 miles away. What makes it better is that the UCI shuttle has several stops inside the apartment complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Solid and meets my expectations
July 20, 2015This is a starter apartment for me and it has everything I need to get by as a full-time student. The staff has veen very friendly with me. It's not a 5 star place but they make up for any lack in luxury with the location and helpfulness.Review from Apartments.com
