June 5, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comThis apartment is a very horrible place to live. It’s completely unlivable and poorly managed from top to bottom. Most residents have experienced flooding due to constant water leaks, and the property does nothing to fix it. The grass is so overgrown it looks like it hasn’t been cut in over a year – it’s a total eyesore and a breeding ground for pests. Even worse, there are no working fire extinguishers anywhere in the complex. That’s not just negligence – it’s a serious safety hazard. The ...property manager is never in the office, and anytime you try to reach out for help, you’re met with silence or excuses. It’s impossible to get anything done. Management clearly doesn’t care about the residents’ safety, comfort, or well-being. While noise isn’t an issue – no loud parties or music – that’s about the only positive thing I can say. And frankly, peace and quiet don’t mean much when your apartment is falling apart around you. Do yourself a favor: stay far away from this place. It’s unsafe, unclean, and completely mismanaged. ROACHES NO MAINTENANCE
August 31, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comThe buildings are infested with roaches ants gnats and BEDBUGS! It is quiet and safe but they really could do better with maintaining the property and care more about the tenants they already have instead of looking for more.

August 18, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI moved on August 17th, and let say I'm not impressed nor satisfied. The carpets the bedroom are dirty and stains from the last tenant. In the Kitchen there a huge chunk missing on the island, the microwave is missing the tray (so I cannot even use the microwave), the refrigerator is miss pieces, and it is set in the coldest setting (so anytime the will stop working). The shower faucet does not turn to the hot water setting, and the fan in the bathroom does not work. Also, I am missing screens ...for the windows or there are larges holes in them. the main hallway is filthy and stains on the walls. My biggest pet peeve with this apartment is the roaches. I read the review and hoping it was not true, BUT this complex indeed have roaches, and I do no roaches. There a pest control added to the rent, so there should not be any ROACHES. THIS horrible, and regretting moving here.Read More
