My apartment was clean and ready to go when I moved in. Never had problems with bugs, if I needed maintenance they were there immediately. It’s quiet and clean and I couldn’t have been more happy with my experience there!!!! Highly recommend for affordability, cleanliness and the amazing staff.

They fix things very cheaply and the apartment looks and smells so old. They have mold on the ceilings and in the AC. And they give money for people to write them five star reviews, so make do with that information as you may. It's just not good living here.

When you walk the floors make loud noises. The conversation outside my door when the neighbors have guests are so clear. You can hear when someone is coming up and down the steps. You can tell when a neighbor is leaving or just coming back. :(
