In January there was a leak in my ceiling, the maintenance men came, cut a hole in my ceiling and essentially said "we don't know what's wrong". They left a cardboard cut out over the hole. It is September, and several work orders later the hole is still there. Issue with the dishwasher hasn't even been looked at after talking to the office AND several work orders. Not even going to address the big problem that I have given up on because the pest control people spray the kitchen for like .05 ...
seconds and leave and will not do more so my friends have dubbed my Apt the "roach motel" and with all of this my rent has gone up a lot since I've moved here with less responsiveness from the apt over time over issues that are beyond my control. I would absolutely warn any prospective tenants not to move here
