September 11, 2018First off I’d like to say if you need somewhere and don’t have anywhere to sleep, sleep in your car. DO NOT come here, the longer I’ve been here the more problems there are. Rooms are cheap is THE ONLY benefit, MAINTENACE IS SLOW, OFFICE PEOPLE ARE SLOW, everything is slow. Always a new excuse as to why something doesn’t work or isn’t available. FYI POOL HAS BEEN OPENED FOR A TOTAL OR 1.5MONTHS IN THE 2 SUMMERS IVE BEEN HEREReview from Apartments.com
I’d give it zero stars if I could
July 8, 2018The maintenance staff here is the slowest I’ve ever seen, and I’m not sure if it’s due to their own laziness or incompetence, or if the main office is horribly unorganized. My brother lives at these apartments and put on a request two weeks ago to fix some floorboards that are popping up (because the apartment is horribly made,) that are literally causing people to trip. No word from them. Then, he files a request to get his garbage disposal fixed because it’s SMOKING when you go to use it and ...now smells foul. Still no appearance from maintenance. The pool is not open, it’s the middle of July and the office won’t reimburse residents for paying for an amenity that right now doesn’t exist. They’ve told my brother multiple times that the pool would be ready in a week or so; it doesn’t even have a liner! This place is a scummy property, an absolute joke, and has the worst staff I’ve ever seen of any complex. Pros and cons
August 30, 2017They have cons and some pros. Their pool water is horrible. It looks as though it has never been cleaned. Its plain disgusting to even think about getting in. The scenic view of it is very nice. It looks newly renovated, however, the water is still very dirty. Do NOT accept an apartment near the pond where they have a picnic area. Everyone who visits the picnic, parks infront of that building, and you will end up parking up by the office or behind the building. Which is inconvenient, especially ...when you have bags to carry. Renovations are poorly done. The model they show you looks nothing like what they end up giving you.Their porches are practically falling apart. Instead of getting new grout in molded areas of the shower, they put caulk over the mold which will eventually come through the caulking. They dont repair water damages, they just paint over the water stains. When you put work orders in, even if you dont give authorization for them to come in your home without you present, they come in anyways. I got up one morning and ran into a pest control man in my bathroom. There is duck poop everywhere ! You cant sit or walk on a piece of grass or sidewalk without stepping on some. The community is very tranquil. All the neighbors are friendly and it is always very quiet. They have laundry rooms onsite, although its normally packed because of the high demand . One bedrooms dont have w/d connections. They have a nice new gym although its pretty small and around 4 people in there most of the time. There is pretty much everything close by, gas station, bank, pharmacy, etc. oh and maintaince is pretty prompt at coming to your home to fix things. Although like I said they come in when not authorized and I hope you dont get a water leak because you will probably have to live with it. Good place for single people . The Worst
August 20, 2015This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. If anything breaks, it'll get fixed - in about 2-4 weeks after the maintenance people have come out 5 or 6 times and avoided the problem. All the apartments are infested with some kind of pest - cockroaches, ants, rats, spiders, et cetera. And the management here is AWFUL! The manager is rude, condescending, and will cuss in your face if you tell him something he doesn't like. We currently have a situation and when I approached the manager ...to speak about it, he cussed me out and told me to f-off. I would NEVER suggest anybody live in these apartments. The rent is too high for such poor quality. I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay in one of these apartments. That would just be torture. Peaceful living
August 19, 2015The complex is very peaceful and quiet. The grounds are well maintained. Management could be better. If you enjoy nature, this would be the idea place. It has a man-made lake that one can fish, feed the geese and other species that occasionally visits. There are picnic areas, large pool area with stainless steel grill, comfortable beautiful outdoor furniture, vending machines, also have his/hers bathrooms.
