Don't give yourself the headache
July 31, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comSo the management is lackluster and will charge you at every corner they can. The maintenance is horrible and they wont actually come to change anything but a simple air filter. They will "get a part number" then mark the work order as complete. The amenities have been unusable for 75% of my year and a half stay. They have no cameras on property and have no intentions of putting any up aside from the one they have in their walk in closet of a weight room. Oh, and don't use both of the treadmills ...at the same time unless you're prepared for them to shut off randomly because they building cannot support that kind of electrical usage. The landscapers have no regard for personal vehicles and blow debris all over your car. It takes a week to get a car towed from an assigned parking spot. They will do everything to cover their own liability and nothing to assist their tenants.Read More

My parking space would be occupied by a different car every day and nothing was done about it. Mold and dead insects everywhere I turned, but a nice coat of paint on the buildings is better I guess!

The location is ideal because of the proximity to downtown, and my current apartment is the most renovated I have lived in and I am happy in it. Management is the best I've dealt with. They've responded to every clogged toilet and leaky faucet with urgency. I won't rent anywhere else.

Close to UAMS, in a fairly quiet area, and the grounds are really beautiful. Every apartment has only one assigned parking space, but there is also a lot of guest parking on property. Love that it's gated. These deserve all 5 stars!

I'm sure they can't do the same for every person, but Julianne (Mgr) was extremely kind and most gracious with giving me flexibility and understanding beyond what I could have hoped. I recommend this beautiful place to anyone in LR. Otherwise, this place is clean, friendly, beautiful, spacious, quiet when it counts - It truly looks like a park, ...complete with a running stream with a small waterfall and fountains. I feel safe and have my privacy, but the pool and hot tub are a 30 second walk. Bay windows, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedroom, laminate wood living room, crown molding, garden tub, balcony. I just want you to know it's a good place with a manager that cares.Read More

The apartment itself is nice, common areas are always kept up and clean (fitness room, business room, pool). However, some apartments are updated and some are not. The updated models look great, the older ones seem run down. The walls are thin and you can usually hear someone's water running or them stomping around if you're not on the top floor. Also, parking spots are small, if you have an SUV it can be difficult to ...park without having to squeeze out your door.Read More

There's not the constant turnover in management or maintenance that you see most places. Any problem we've ever had has been addressed immediately. We're close to downtown, but in a safe neighborhood, and we love that the Park is gated! There is limited parking, but each apartment has their own assigned spot, and the way the complex is set up, even if you have to park in visitor's, ...it's not a long walk to your car. November 9, 2013 - Review from Apartments.comWARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE APARTMENTS! I lived at the Park at Riverdale Apartments for a little over 1 year. It was the worst experience ever. There was never enough parking, and the maintenance man would self police the parking lot for cars to boot and have them towed. I could not even have a visitor without this guy chasing them around to get his car boot on them. Later I find out it cost $125.00 to him to get the boot off. Plus a towing fee to his other company. The management will not ...do a thing about him either. This is just the tip of the iceberg why I would NEVER rent from these apartments or any others they manage.Read More

June 27, 2014 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived here for almost four years now and I love it - The office staff is friendly and know your name, neighbors are respectful and nice, and they keep it very clean. It's a good neighborhood and lots of things to do around.
