November 14, 2024good clean area and management responds quickly. The pool is also kept clean and garbage isn't just piled up or left out. I don't like all the fees they didn't mention but it's only my second apartment I'll be sure to keep that in mind next timeReview from Apartments.com

November 12, 2024Very homey vibes, and a peaceful atmosphere within the community. Everyone is very nice and helpful. If there are any issues that need to be dealt with like maintenance, etc. they do it immediately and on time. The food trucks are a huge plus!:) Just wish for an unleashed dog park to top it off for all the little fur babies to run free.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2024The community is very nice. Mariah and Joshua made my move really easy. The apartments all have nice finishes. The hallways are really clean and so are the elevators. That was one of my biggest concerns, if the other tenants clean up especially after their dogs.Property Manager Responded

August 2, 2024This has to be THE place to live. The community is very friendly and helpful when needed. Our fur babies are welcomed with open arms when we see anyone in the leasing office or neighbors that happen to walk by. My husband and I absolutely love it here. All the amenities and fun events that are packed in makes it worth the stay. Even the maintenance people are awesome. They come the very next day if able and will fix it right away. If it isn’t possible to fix it right then and there, they will ...communicate with you about what the next steps are and how long the waiting period will be if parts need to be ordered. It’s so nice to have our voice heard and taken into consideration. The assistance manager, Kyle, is our go-to guy! He loves to greet our dog whenever we walk him, he makes us feel welcomed. It’s just an overall 10/10 experience and we’re glad to be able to call Park on Napoli home.Property Manager Responded
