The layout of the entire complex is excellent & Management has always been open & responsive to our needs! Leasing staff is terrible, Grey Star is the worst property management team, the hot tub has been closed for a year, hallways are disgusting; never get cleaned, the leasing staff will tell you every unit has its own individual meter, but that’s not true; it’s sub metered so you’re paying for other peoples units.
