The layout of the entire complex is excellent & Management has always been open & responsive to our needs! The amenities, like the beautiful pool & hot tub, the workout rooms, the coffee machine, and the Clubhouse all make Park 40 seem like a resort! We would highly recommend Park 40 to anyone looking for a very nice & safe place to live!
