      Overall Management is amazing! Not only that but it’s conveniently located near the highway which gives you a short commute to anywhere in the city! As well as having Boston Recreation Center and Park across the street! The property is clean and a safe for children. Maintenance is taken very seriously and is handled quickly when needed.

      If you are looking for a home and not just another apartment to live in. The Park East Towne Home is particularly what you need. I have been a resident at Park East Towne Homes since September 2022. I have all smiles when it comes to the property management they have a great team that works together on the upkeep of the property. I love the space in my home. There is 1698sq feet in the apartment 2bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom. I was sold with the full utility room, enough room for storage ...

    • They really care about their tenants!

      As we all know we had a hard winter and they made sure to put salt down all over including our porches and clear the parking lot also the side walks ! Which is a blessing also Adam is an amazing with maintenance! Hard working and very polite guy ! Let’s not forget SUSAN! she has been amazing since I’ve moved here 6 months ago she communicates very well and the sweetest, Parke east townhomes CARES about their tenants.

      Park East is wonderful property. The property is across from a park great for families, those who work out in the outdoors would appreciate the area. The property manager and maintenance crew are friendly and always available.
