Massive rodent problem by the dumpsters, despite reaching out numerous times to the leasing office for help. This makes the dumpster effectively unusable as a rat has jumped out towards me before. At night I have counted at least 10 walking around like they own the place. Also, a little deceptive with conditions of rental apartments, big gap between outside floor and door and unlevel floors.

Our team takes all reports related to the exterior of the community seriously and works closely with professional vendors as needed to maintain common areas, including dumpster locations. Because these are outdoor environments, conditions can vary and may be influenced by a number of external factors; however, we continue to monitor and address concerns as they are reported to us.
We encourage residents to reach out directly to the leasing office so we can document and follow up on any specific sightings or concerns in a timely manner.
