Good community, good staff,old buildings
June 17, 2025I lived there for a couple years. The staff are nice and the community is good. Please be aware, the buildings are old, really thin walls. Before move in, MAKE SURE that all hvac vents are working. Maintenance team are pretty friendly. The utility bills(water, sewer, gas) are not individual. If you are planning to stay 4 weeks out for vacation, be ready to pay the same amount of money on bills. Doesn't make any difference to stay 30 days at home or 30 days out of home, all the bills will be the ...same, except for electricity. Hope this review will help! January 17, 2025This apartment complex is going down hill year after year. The staff just doesn’t respond, the walls are thin, a lot of break ins and I just can tell there’s no care for the community by the rental office. Do not recommend.Property Manager Responded

September 17, 2024I have lived here for close to 6 years. The first 2 years were great but went downhill after that. Sometimes it can get bad with the roaches and other times I can go a few months without seeing one. The roach problem could reduced if the vendor did a good job, but they spray insecticide every which way except for the places they are supposed to. The floors are uneven and its a problem for me with cooking, furniture placement, and literal dips that make me trip. They use cheap vendors to do all ...their "updates" and constructions who rush and sloppily do their work which consistently goes unchecked. Latest example, my balcony was updated and the wood has spaces in between them in some areas so I can now see my below neighbor's balcony but in other areas, the wood is closed. I am freaked out that something will drop on theirs and it's not a matter of IF but WHEN. Cheap vendors, sloppy work, no checks and balances, can't forget the roaches and others unmentioned gives them 2 stars.Property Manager Responded
