Rats
April 27, 2026Massive rodent problem by the dumpsters, despite reaching out numerous times to the leasing office for help. This makes the dumpster effectively unusable as a rat has jumped out towards me before. At night I have counted at least 10 walking around like they own the place. Roaches & Rats
April 13, 2026I first posted this review a month ago - now they’ve sent me a non-renewal of my lease despite having no lease violations and always paying my rent on time. After looking at other reviews - it appears they are not renewing anyone’s lease that complains of roaches/rats (based on their responses regarding renewals) I’m sure they will put that off on me someway in the response. I’ve lived here in building 13184 (right near the leasing office for 18 months. The first year was great. Now it’s ...absolutely horrible. The last 3 months I have been dealing with ROACHES. They refuse to do a proper search and seal. They keep spraying and laying bait and they’re still popping up. Not only that but the maintenance man almost ran into my car and then after I drove away, he drove up to my car, blocked it in and started a verbal altercation with me. Mr. Louis has been working very hard, per usual, with how terrible the weather has been for the last couple of days; doing his ultimate best to remove the snow from in front of our vehicles, he's been also checking in with everyone to make sure we are good! Good community, good staff,old buildings
June 17, 2025I lived there for a couple years. The staff are nice and the community is good. Please be aware, the buildings are old, really thin walls. Before move in, MAKE SURE that all hvac vents are working. Maintenance team are pretty friendly. The utility bills(water, sewer, gas) are not individual. If you are planning to stay 4 weeks out for vacation, be ready to pay the same amount of money on bills. Doesn't make any difference to stay 30 days at home or 30 days out of home, all the bills will be the ...same, except for electricity. Hope this review will help! January 17, 2025This apartment complex is going down hill year after year. The staff just doesn’t respond, the walls are thin, a lot of break ins and I just can tell there’s no care for the community by the rental office. Do not recommend.Property Manager Responded
