Great place to live
August 27, 2019I've been here for just over a year and have really enjoyed the spot. At first the units were not ready for internet but the building provided free wifi until everything was up and running. I am writing this review because the building management just installed new windows and screens on all of the units to improve airflow. I thought that was great so I asked them what I could do and they said spread the word. There are a few dog owners on the first floor that let their dogs roam the ...courtyard but they are all very friendly. Just know, if you are afraid of dogs, this is a pet friendly place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Apartments, Friendly Neighbors
August 23, 2019I’ve been here just over a month now and I’m extremely impressed with the new management team. They’ve gone out of their way to accommodate me and make sure my needs are met. I love my apartment and I’m looking forward to living here for a while!Review from Apartments.com
As long as you don’t need management for anything.
March 23, 2019The place is cute the neighborhood is great. Management is unresponsive and doesn’t seem to care about any issues. Trash is left all over and nothing is done about it. Doors slam all hours of the night and management has done nothing to help the situation. The first review was left 1.5 years before the project was complete. I’m not sure how they would know anything about the pace. And how is a 410 sq Ft apartment be any place for twins to grow up?Review from Apartments.com
I loved this place
May 10, 2016I had a set of twins 16 years ago & Parker House was our first home. Now I would like my twin sons to start their new beginning where it all started for them at ......666 Parker St. The listed prices are extremely high for what I paid for a studio apartment in 1999. But I guess it is worth it for only 410 sqft.Review from Apartments.com
