We are located across from the Crossroads Diner, 1/2 mile to the Colorado River, 1 mile to WalMart or Safeway and 1 mile to Blue Water Casino and Beach. No Lease required. Rent includes all utilities! We love Seniors!! Laundry Services available (extra fee). Sheets and towels are included. All rooms are non-smoking!! Cleaning Deposit is $150 on weekly rentals and $300 on monthly rentals. No pets allowed. No App Fees. 1 car parking.
