July 28, 2025maintenance is horrible. guys lies and says he fixes stuff but never comes to apartment. door hasn’t been fixed yet. fire place broken. i don’t feel safe here and glad my lease is up soon! packages are stolen. my tire pump was stolen.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2025No lo recomendaría cuando firmas el contrato dicen una cosa y cuando te vas es otra mi contrato decía pagar 2220.21 y mandaron una cantidad muy exagerada el cual no es correcta en la oficina todos te disen algo diferente . No chequean el apartamento con el inquilino lo hacen solos y ponen lo que quieran el cual no es correcto es la peor experiencia. Y muy descontenta con todo cobran lo que quieran. Todo es un engaño . April 16, 2024Graystar's "rates change based on the date of signing" is a deceptive practice to lure people into committing to a contact and then changing the date so they suddenly find themselves paying as much as five hundred dollars more per month. Because if this practice, I have already paid nine thousand dollars more than was offered at the time I was prepared to sign the lease, but Greystar conveniently delayed approval of my lease until the price was maximized. It's not Parkfield that I will tell ...people not to lease from: it's Greystar, and all of its many properties.Property Manager Responded
