STAY AWAY! MISMANAGED APARTMENT COMPLEX! :(
November 21, 2017If I could give a negative rating, I would!!! I've never met staff as unprofessional as the people managing this apartment. They don't respond to emails nor answer calls. They told us we were approved and 2 days before our move in date, with our things all boxed up and Uhaul reserved, they told us that we have not, in fact, been approved! What's up with that?!!!! Why did they tell us we were approved when they got the report with the recommendation to reject our application 2 weeks before ...that? NO WONDER THEY HAVE TONS OF UNOCCUPIED UNITS!Property Manager Responded

Parklane Apartments is now under new management and have raised the bar as we focus on providing all of the residents both new and old a high level world class customer service. Our new staff is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable which allows us to set ourselves apart from any other management company. During this new transition we have upgraded our apartment homes to reflect the high quality living standards that everyone deserves with upgrades you just have to see! We welcome you back anytime to visit our new management team.
