I have lived here since 2018 and have been very happy here. The units are large and spacious, beautifully decorated on the inside. In the time I have been here, there was never an onsite property manager, but the company owning the complex changed hands. The new owners are very professional, you can pay rent via the portal and file maintenance claims. I was looking for a quiet place, private with not too much human interaction (introvert here). guest parking (2 spots per unit, all spots are reserved but there is street parking on Clark). I’ve had moisture issues with the closets near the shower, and the fence behind my place has fallen down. Uber eats drivers used to have a hard time since there are a lot of apartments, which have similar numbering. If you are looking, come see for yourself.
