October 13, 2023There are constant maintenance issues, it takes weeks if not months to get something done. So many people smoking, cigarettes and weed. The hallways and elevators are always filthy and the laundry rooms are also in poor condition.Review from Apartments.com
Great place to live
July 8, 2021The apartments are nice the air conditioning is great very cool air really quiet beautiful tree's and friendly management There both very helpful .. Actually My Grandson referred us to the apartments and he also has a apartment here and maintenance Has been wonderful They have been right out anytime we need something. The people here are friendly and family like. Don't expect maintenance
April 19, 2021Things have gone downhill with new management and what seems like understaffing. Have to agree with the previous review, things have been broken in my apartment for months at a time before and the only time it gets fixed is when I say I'm doing something on my own because I'm not sitting in 100 degree heat with no A/C or ignoring a crackling electric outlet. The property is covered in dog poop and trash. There are potholes in the parking lot big enough to lay in. Rarely is there someone in the ...office, instead if you need anything you have to go to an entirely different complex. There are semi-frequent cars break ins, I've had mine broken into twice. But as long as nothing breaks the interior of the apartments are nice. It's relatively quiet. The prices aren't bad for what you get and it's a convenient location.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Maintenance is awful
September 21, 2019Trash receptacles around the apartments are overflowing for weeks and no one seems to care, dog poop everywhere because no one picks up after themselves, broken windows, trash everywhere. Would not recommend.Review from Apartments.com

July 22, 2015I have a cute three bed room two bath apt. The front door is in the hall and the back door goes out to the deck and parking. All bills are included in your rent even internet and cable. The grounds are kept nice all the timeReview from Apartments.com
Love my apartment!
April 24, 2013I have lived here for about 5 months now and I love it! Before I moved here I looked at the reviews and they weren't so good, then I saw that the management had changed and I thought I'd give it a try. Very few places offer all bills paid and financially this was a better option for me. I'm glad I decided to move here because it's been pretty smooth sailing. The office staff is so friendly and they actually take time to sit and chat a little, though they are busy I feel like they make time for ...you. Do not move here if you don't have to
June 23, 2014Nice office employees, they just don't care... i liked the place at first then all this "remodeling" took place and rent goes up. not cool for one cause i have seen the other places and mines from the 60s compared to them. the paint in the kitchen cabinets is peeling off, but wait according to will my apartment is remodeled. good place if your single and or have a room mate. i just am not happy with it. don't move here unless you have no where else to go. wish i could get out of my lease but dumb ...me thought id give them a second chance. never again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
