We offer 2 bedroom apartment homes as well as 1 bedroom apartments. May 14, 2025Not very good my rent has been raised multiple times for reasons unknown to me. Also the handymen are VERY rude and there is no janitorial staff to clean up the mess made by tenants that move out of my complex leaving the task up to whomever still lives in the building.Review from Apartments.com

December 28, 2024I have lived here a long time; it's centrally located, across the street from Wilmer Park... These apartments are spacious, have an attached garage, and basement laundry and storage. Not worth it
November 12, 2024The property is very outdated ! The rent amount changes monthly . And when asked it’s about the RUBS charges . The garage is very small , and the walls are very thin. I have to hear my neighbors run at all times of the night/morning . The price is not worth all the problems . Will be moving as soon as my lease is up !Review from Apartments.com
