Welcome to Parkshire Apartments! Parkshire Apartments is a spacious, well-maintained, park-like community of apartments in Affton, MO, conveniently located between highways 44 & 55. We offer 2 bedroom apartment homes as well as 1 bedroom apartments. Each unit includes a single car garage (featuring a remote-operated door) which is connected to a private entrance leading to your apartment home. All of our units offer ample storage spaces. The bedrooms each include two over-sized closets. There are also shelves in the kitchen pantry, linen closets, and coat closets so there's plenty of storage space! All units have fully equipped eat-in kitchens as well as large combination living rooms and dining rooms. We are located very close to downtown St. Louis and many local universities. We are located directly across the street from beautiful Wilmore Park, a grocery store, Walgreen's, several eating establishments, and the local bus terminal. October 26, 2025I have enjoyed the apartments. I really like the garage. I like that the maintenance team come and help pretty quickly. I also like the perks and rewards. However, i think the foyer area can be kept up better. There are many insects and bugs in the light and I think they could clean the area more frequently. I also think we should be able to lock the doors at night. Why give a key for the front door but can't use it. It can be small adjustments that can be done to make the residents feel a ...little more secure in the building. Maybe consider tinted windows from the outside, or a way to buzz visitors in so that the doors can be locked. I do like the apartments I just want it to be a bit more secure and I would like the foyer area to be better.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 14, 2025Not very good my rent has been raised multiple times for reasons unknown to me. Also the handymen are VERY rude and there is no janitorial staff to clean up the mess made by tenants that move out of my complex leaving the task up to whomever still lives in the building.Review from Apartments.com
