Poor management

Parkside Apartments in Glen Ellyn has recently been taken over by Lumen. It takes several attempts via email and phone to get a response from the property manager. Often times no response at all. She doesn’t seem very knowledgeable or organized. The property itself is less than satisfactory. There aren’t enough dumpsters for the property therefore garbage is laying around. overflowing and don’t include bags therefore dog poop is all over the property. The parking lot is in terrible shape with holes and cracks. People leave personal belongings including dirty mops and brooms, and cloths outside making it look trashy. Address signs are falling apart. Overall, it appears the property isn’t cared for and it’s quite an embarrassment. Management needs to step up and be sure the property is in clean and working order.
