Great first apartment
March 28, 2023So I moved in at the beginning of March, but Paola. The property manager, was extremely helpful and flexible through the entire process! She has been kind and on top of everything. I had a couple small issues upon moving in and she had both issues taken care of very quickly. It’s a nice quiet complex. The metro link passes by a couple times per night but it’s only for a couple seconds, really not a big deal. Kids are out playing on the weekends, but they aren’t disruptive. February 26, 2023My husband and i were looking into apartments to move into, coming to parkside la palma apartments was such a great decision my husband and I made, Paola the property manager took us in right away, she helped us with all of our questions and made us feel super comfortable.Paola is beyond helpful she is also very understanding. Careless corporation
September 1, 2022BEWARE !! They will put you on collections upon moving out with NO TYPE OF NOTIFICATION, INVOICE, or ANYTHING to notify you that you have some kind of balance.
