So I moved in at the beginning of March, but Paola. The property manager, was extremely helpful and flexible through the entire process! She has been kind and on top of everything. I had a couple small issues upon moving in and she had both issues taken care of very quickly. It’s a nice quiet complex. The metro link passes by a couple times per night but it’s only for a couple seconds, really not a big deal. Kids are out playing on the weekends, but they aren’t disruptive. Overall I’m really ...

BEWARE !! They will put you on collections upon moving out with NO TYPE OF NOTIFICATION, INVOICE, or ANYTHING to notify you that you have some kind of balance. Even afteR NEVER ONCE being late on a rent payment whatsoever. NO CALL, TEXT, EMAIL although they had ALL MY INFORMATION TO REACH OUT. Horrible!!

New move in:) first week here. No issues as of yet. The application process and move in experience was very professional and accommodating. Really nice and clean property. Quiet and spacious. Apartment was given to me clean and updated. Manager Paola is wonderful and really great with communication. On site maintenance and management is professional and knowledgable. So far a great experience. I think I will be very happy here. :)
