They Refused To Fix Water Damage To My Apartment
September 1, 2023My upstairs neighbor's dirty bath water leaked through my ceiling and wall for over a month. Parkside finally found the leak, but didn't repair the ceiling or walls until after I moved out. The leak started in May. I moved out July 31. This is aside from the fact that the apartments are on an extremely loud street (you'll hear sirens and loud music all day) and parking is horrendous. You pay $125 for a space, but whenever someone parks in your space the absent management office (that's actually ...working in Dorchester) just tells you to call the tow company. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.Property Manager Responded
