About Parkview Apartments
Parkview is a smoke-free multifamily apartment community, located just 2 blocks from Eastern Washington University. We are conveniently located across the street from Hagelin Park's new aquatics center, city transit and public schools. Our professionally managed community has an on-site laundry facility, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and off-street parking. Parkview Apartments is a project-based Section 8 property serving the individuals who have incomes at or below 50% of the area’s median income. If income-qualified, the monthly rent will be approximately 30% of your gross income. The required security deposit will be equal to one month's rent. Monthly rent includes all utilities. The apartments come with a range & refrigerator. The initial lease term is 12 months. Per HUD regulations, two-bedroom units may only be rented to households of 2 or more. To qualify for our subsidized housing, you must be at least 18 years of age and income eligible. Please see the Income Limits page for the current maximum allowable income limits. Applications are available upon request. Applicants will be placed on the waitlist in the order they are received. The length of time for the waiting list varies based on unit size (1 or 2 bedrooms) and availability, please ask staff for an average wait estimate. Park View Apartments
August 8, 2015This Apartment Complex is very nice in that the Manager and Tenants are very friendly and pleasant. It is quiet and as long as I have been here, there have been ZERO incidents involving law enforcement. The Apartment I am in only gets an "Average" Rating because, (even though it gets quite hot here during the Summer), the units do not have Air Conditioning nor am I permitted to have a Window Air Conditioning Unit. Also, albeit true there is not a problem with noisy neighbors, sounds do carry and ...penetrate the walls. Plus, there are Railroad Tracks nearby and their Horns/Whistles are LOUD! (And there are A LOT of Trains). All in all...it is a nice place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
