June 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThis complex was awful! It got the job done for being a first apartment for my boyfriend but what seemed to be a decent place at first, went downhill quickly. Maintenance took FOREVER to come and they all barely speak English. Assigned parking was absolutely horrible and trying to park in a guest spot…good luck! The person that gave us the initial tour of the complex (I think he was a leasing office manager but unsure) left a few months after the move in. The new lady is awful, answers the phone ...always with an attitude and that’s IF you’re lucky enough to get through to them. Once the cold weather came, they blasted the heat through the apartment which only had AC in the living room and the whole apartment would climb up to as high as 87 degrees and they claimed they couldn’t do anything about it (you don’t have a thermostat). During this past winter, the first snow storm, no one came out till the late day after to plow the parking lot and sidewalks. Water temperature was never consistent for showering either. This place is DEFINITELY you get what you pay for.Read More

February 19, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis is a fantastic place to live! It is conveniently located right across from a shopping plaza and a park. The leasing approval was done immediately and the management made the move seamlessly. Small issues were immediately addressed. Highly recommend. The leasing agent and the maintenance staff were all extremely professional.
