Our spacious two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments are designed with your comfort in mind. Each home comes equipped with a full-size washer and dryer right in your apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and garbage disposal—everything you need to feel right at home. Our apartments feature a combination of cozy carpeting and stylish LVP flooring, and some of our remodeled units even offer sleek new cabinets and beautiful quartz countertops. At Parkview, we’re committed to offering you comfort and convenience at an affordable price, with rent starting at $1,275 per month. Ask about our current move-in specials, and if you apply within 24 hours of your tour, we’ll even refund your application fee toward your rent! Mice Infestation!!
April 23, 2025I lived there for 2 years. I left last month due to a mice infestation in the building. Dumpster area a health hazard. Management problems. I would suggest looking elsewhere.Review from Apartments.com
A caring company
November 18, 2019The property is in a nice location compared to other parts of town. They actually fix or replace appliances that go out, it is kind of hidden, and has two entry ways. The price is fair compared to other places in Salem. It has a washer and dryer in unit which was huge!Property Manager Responded
