April 4, 2019Tenants clearly are not screened here and safety is not an issue to management. The residents here are constantly loitering, smoking, drinking, etc. outside in the parking lot or on other neighboring private property. They also enjoy catcalling women who are trying to mow their lawn or walk their dogs. There’s always some sort of commotion going on. Typically involving police cars, fire trucks, or ambulances. The perfect all night party place
April 4, 2019Situated in a quaint community you will be welcomed by all night guests hanging out in the parking lot. If your a female you will get amazing cat calls by the tenants at all hours of the day. An all around great complex that clearly screens it’s tenants. If you like people standing in the streets and wandering around at all hours of the night this place is for you!!!!Review from Apartments.com
