Renters Reviews and Ratings
Not worth the money
June 6, 2025This place isn't the worse place in the world to live, but it is certainly not worth what they are charging for rent. It also has HORRIBLE insulation (you can hear neighbors upstairs walking as well as the creaking floors). The kitchen space is SUPER small, making it difficult to cook or make food. The hallways smell horrible sometimes and the washer/dryer area leaves more to be desired. They also make it super difficult to get out of your lease. They make you pay 12 months of rent if you do not ...submit a 60-day notice of vacating the unit.Property Manager Responded
June 30, 2025Thank you for the feedback. We are here to help. We can definitely help with noise issues and any other things that are of a concern to our residents. Also, the laundry rooms and common areas are something we want to keep smelling good and address asap. Of course, lease contracts do have a renewal notice period when coming to the end of a lease term (renewal) so we are happy to review things. She gave us a detailed tour, walked us around the entire complex. Her attitude is the right attitude to have when you are in an industry like hers. August 14, 2015i have live here going on five years, two bedroom with a cat and sister , living here is almost like living in the country , i live right next to the creek , when you walk a long the sidewalk next to the creek sometimes a deer or racoon will come out and take a look at you as you pass by . my apartment is downstairs , so i have a patio to sit out and crochet at times , cute little kitchen , little dining area, that is really all i need at my age 57 now. bedrooms are very large and living room ...too,i love it here free heat and hot water makes its with in budget .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
