There is less care being put into the building

The intercoms no longer work with the new building owner and the there is no longer a functional laundry room for years although reported. The property is not kept clean unless the tenants call to request it, there is a response and but no continual upkeep. There is also no longer any regular pest control in the building.

This place was a treasure until the new super arrived. The hallways never clean and since the Pandemic the super never kept up with the CDC laws. We have the beg for the hallways to be swept and mop. The Super is very confrontational and not pleasant

This building used to be kept clean, fresh scents through out the entire building. Management actually was concerned for the residents. Now that this building has been sold, you are lucky if anyone acknowledges your complaints and concerns. We the residents are on our own.
