Apartments are very old and outdated. Winters are very cold (building controls heat). Maintenance fixes things but takes along time to do. I’ve had two leaks in my closet the second one took 2 weeks to fix.

Old outdated apartments. Bad water pressure, old plumbing, apartments have been leaking for 3 years with nothing done about it. No routine maintenance in the units only half attempted fixes. Will let you move in prorated, but will not work with you if you need the last month prorated. Break in recently that the property managers did not make residents aware of even though they are capable of email alerts.

2. winter is so cold, but no one wants to fix it
3. lots of bugs and flys
4. leak on the ceiling
5. even you clean all, they will not give you the full refund. You have to make sure it is like when you moved in, apparently, it is impossible.

Never have had a problem. Sure it doesn't offer high end amenities as newer modern apartment, but the property is well kept, maintenance is quick to respond when needed, and the community is quiet. People do like to park in the fire lane, which is also the entrance/exit and can be annoying. Some parts of the building could use a little modern renovation. It is conveniently located to many places as well.

Living there had so many ups and downs, it smelled, it was small, and people were always in the fire lane including the manager. But let me tell you, we "upgraded" to a fancier bigger place, and I never realized truly how much PM was my home. I honestly really miss living there. Though they did take forever to clean empty apartments and fix simple things

Very basic apartment. If you only need a roof over your head, then this is the place for you. I could go on about the bugs, Cigarette smoke in the halls, clutter in the maintenance room (that is also the back exit door), and people parking in the fire hazard lane (including property manager) but instead I'll just leave my rating.
