Worst management ever experienced
May 7, 2018If only I could give this place a 0 I would in a heartbeat. We have been living here for 11 months now and our AC has worked for a total of 1 month combined (not in a row) they come over and say they “fix” it and it works for a day. Terry is the worst manager I have ever had the “pleasure” of dealing with. She will automatically assume everything going wrong is your fault and that nothing with your house is wrong. I have had to personally go into the office to request to have our AC fixed 9 times ...now not even including the amount of times my roommates have gone in there and this time I raised my voice and told the person walking in to not live here and slammed the door. She then followed me outside to yell at me in public about me being disrespectful towards her yet she still does nothing about our AC. Basically if you are even thinking about moving here move anywhere else I promise it will save you a lot of pointless trips to see Terry.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terry will trap you!!
April 17, 2017Terry the office manager, is a big lier and scammer. Beware! If, by the time you are reading this, she is still working there then avoid moving into that place at all costs. The company must be pretty bad to not care about who they recruit to be managers. She is always nice at first but will charge you for multiple things later on saying its on the lease and what not. Make sure you make a video of the place if you have to move in here and prepare to never get any deposit back and in fact get ...charged extra even if theres a spot on the wall or a small pin hole. And if you go to the office the only thing you'll hear is "Honey, its on the lease". Now if you don't care about how much you spend then its np i guess but if you are smart and wise then stay away because she will trap you!!
